dadada Baby guarantees the quality of their products and offers a limited warranty for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase on all dresser and toddler products, and 2-years from the date of purchase on all cribs purchased from an authorized dadada Baby retailer. Our limited warranty protects you against product failure or damage which may occur as a result of a manufacturing defect. All limited warranties are given to the original retail purchaser of dadada Baby products and are non-transferrable from the original owner.
Our limited warranties do not cover or apply to:
Damage that is a result of improper storage, assembly, installation, negligence, misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
Normal wear and tear, or commercial use
Items bought as close-out, used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models
Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person
